James MacDonald is a photographer, photojournalist, cinematographer and multimedia producer based in Victoria. His work takes him everywhere in the Greater Victoria region and to other parts of the world, including Southeast Asia.
Victoria Rising has been working with James for the past year and a half to photograph our region, from Sidney to Sooke, to capture the people and places that define Greater Victoria as a hub of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship.
